The Right Way to Paint

Prep Is 80% of the Job

Most bad paint jobs fail at the prep stage. Skipping hole patching, skipping sanding, skipping primer — the end result looks sloppy, peels early, and has no clean lines at trim and corners.

We do it right from the start. Every surface gets inspected. Holes and cracks get filled and sanded. Trim and edges get taped. Surfaces that need primer get primed. Only then do we pick up a brush or roller.

The result is a finish that looks professional and holds up for years. No lap marks, no roller texture showing through, no paint bleed at the ceiling line. Just clean, even, lasting color that makes a room feel new.

We paint interiors throughout North Tonawanda, Tonawanda, Grand Island, Kenmore, Amherst, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, Williamsville, Wheatfield, and Pendleton. Free estimates for all Western New York homeowners.

Our Process

From First Coat to Final Cleanup

  1. 01

    Room Protection

Furniture is moved or covered. Floors are protected with drop cloths. Outlets, switch plates, and fixtures are masked off. We treat your home with respect.

  2. 02

    Surface Prep

Holes, dents, and cracks are filled and sanded smooth. Glossy surfaces are lightly sanded for adhesion. Stains are primed to prevent bleed-through.

  3. 03

    Cut-In & Roll

Edges are cut in by brush first — along ceilings, trim, corners, and outlets. Then walls are rolled in consistent, overlapping passes for even coverage with no lap marks.

  4. 04

    Second Coat & Trim

A second coat is standard on all wall work for full, even coverage. Trim is painted last for sharp, clean lines between wall color and trim color.

  5. 05

    Cleanup & Touch-Ups

All tape, covers, and drop cloths are removed. Touch-ups are done. The room is left clean and ready to move furniture back in immediately.
